Hi, I am new here.
I like drainbamage.nl because I learned a lot here. Now it's time for me to pay back.
Why I want to post this guide on this of drainbamage.nl is to help people solve the same problem.
Please contact me if it is unacceptable here.
This is the guide, wish it would help you.

 How to copy DVD-5/9 using DVDXPlatinum
DVDXPlatinum is one of the most powerful DVD copy programs around. It supports almost everything, including ripping, shrinking, splitting, and burning! It is the only program that you will need when you are about to copy a DVD! Besides that it also contains a Simple version of the program from the ones that would like to copy the DVD in one click.
This guide will go through the process of copying a video DVD to a DVD5 or DVD9 (dual layer).
You can get a copy of DVDXPlatinum by clicking here .
Step1
This is the left corner of the main window. I will explain what all these buttons do. (1) Opens DVDXpress (included) to copy a DVD with just 1 click! (2) Open DVDXPlatinum which we are going to use. (3) Opens the settings. For start click (4) to open the settings.
Step2
You only have to do this once. (1) Select your DVD burner (if you don't have a CD writer you will only see your DVD burner there). (2) Select the folder that the temponary files of DVDXPlatinum will be placed. Make sure the disc you use has at least 7-8GB of free space. Don't worry all the files that are going to be placed there will be deleted after the disc copy. It is suggested to disable the screen saver if copying a DVD (3). Click Save As Default (4). Then click the Advanced button you can see on your left (not shown here, it's button 2 in the step 1 above).
Step 3
Insert the DVD in the drive and wait a few seconds!
Step 4
If you get this message you need a CSS ripper. No problem, you can goole and download one for free . It will remove the protection on the fly. (it will just run in the tray and you can copy the DVD).
Step 5
Here we are at the main window of this powerful tool. (1) Select the titles you want. If you are not sure which ones are the right select them and click the Preview Video button you see at the right. Select Use Compression if you are going to burn the disc in a DVD-5 disc (the 4,7GB one). If you are using a dual layer blank DVD select Double Layer (2). If you do not select any of those DVDXPlatinum will split the DVD into 2 parts each of them you burn in a different DVD?R. Click Next (3).
Step 6
Here you can do some nice stuff! Select the titles you want (1) and then by moving the bar (2) you can alter the level of compression they have, so that you can give more quality to the movie and not some extras you may have included. (3) This shows the general compression. If this is under 45% I suggest you use 2-disc method using the guide I told you about above. Anyway you finally click Next. (If you are only copying one Title click Next without playing with compressions).
Generally the program makes the best selections here so just click Next. (4)
 Step 7
Finally our copy starts. Easy wasn't it? Well even if you found things above a little complicated you should not worry. After 2-3 copies you are going to learn everything!
You can get DVDXPlatinum by clicking here .

Dear Mr.Ottow
I'm quite delighted when I see your program listed on Google Code and in the meanwhile I'm doing a research on the security issue on DNS server. However, when installing your package, the terminal told me that "cannot make nschaind.d". I'm new to Linux and a junior in college. I'm wondering if you can give a detailed instruction on how to install the package. Thank you very much.
ps: I've tar the package, therefore releasing a RELEASE-0.3 and I've installed the ldns successfully.

Hi Michael,

Thanks!

The hostname that should be connected to is specified on the second line of the sample config files. Just change it to www.mysamplewebsite.com (leave out http://, it's a hostname and not an URL).
The sample configs contain all the possible config directives. I've updated the README in the project to clarify them :-)

I haven't found anything to improve performance. However, someone pointed out to me on the xen-users mailinglist that perhaps by compiling lmbench with the CFLAG "-mno-tls-direct-seg-refs" one could get significantly different results. But, you can't expect your whole operating system to be compiled with this flag, so doubt if recompiling the benchmark tool with it would give dependable results :)

However, there is a performance gain by making sure that the binaries on your system do not use the TLS library but the libraries from libc6-xen.

I found similar results when testing native/Xen-Dom0 using the Unixbench test suite; seems much worse than I expected -- I guess it could be the nature of the workload. Curious to know if you found any tweaks/resolution to improve the performance?

That sounds cool :-) Something like smart folders on steroids.
Unfortunately, I found out that tagging all the 10,000 photos is to much work. However, the new version of iPhoto has events, which makes life easier altogether. Still use some keywords combined with event names to search through the 'data soup'.

Apple used an attraction model in the Newton (1993), all data was contained in a "data soup" and accessible from all applications in such a way that the notes application understood the keyword 'fax' and the object 'fred' which had a fax number attribute entered in the address book application.

Use DOM: node.firstChild.nodeValue = 'something'; (assuming that the firstChild of node is a TextNode. Otherwise clear all childnodes first:
while(node.firstChild)
 node.removeChild(node.firstChild);
node.appendChild(document.createTextNode('yourtext'));

I prefer using DOM everywhere.
